Returns
If your item arrives in unsuitable condition, you can return it free of charge within 30 days of the estimated latest delivery date. We will replace the item or provide a wakashop.shop voucher (excluding shipping costs).
Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn or used, with all tags intact, and in their original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
For returns, please contact us: kjhgfghcvbnmty@gmail.com. If your return request is approved, we will send you shipping instructions for the return package. Items returned without prior request will not be accepted.
Please note that return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Exchanges
We understand that sometimes things may not go as planned. Most tops, phone cases, and stickers can be exchanged within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. You can choose to exchange for a different size, style, and color, and we will replace it with another item or a PaleSPM voucher (excluding shipping costs).
We hope you enjoy the items you purchase from independent artists. Therefore, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we can arrange an exchange or earn store points for you in the following situations:
Ordered the wrong style, color, or size of clothing
Ordered the wrong style of phone case or screen protector
No return label is needed in this case. Simply prepare your email address, order number, and the new style and/or size of the item, and send your order to kjhgfghcvbnmty@gmail.com to request an exchange.
After submitting your request, please wait patiently—our customer service team will contact you shortly with a confirmation email.
To ensure you receive a full refund, please keep the item safe so we can verify more details. Please take photos of any problems and add them to your request. This will help our team streamline your process as much as possible!
wakashop.shop reserves the right to refuse exchanges, returns, or refunds, including but not limited to preventing fraud, suspected fraud, or abuse. Returns exceeding 300,000 Nigerian Naira (before discount) will incur a 20.00% relisting fee.
